1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the ak70 website at https://ak70.io, including all associated pages, features, games, and services accessible via web browser or mobile device.
• "Player" / "You" refers to any individual who registers an account on the ak70 platform or uses any service offered by ak70.
• "Company" / "We" / "Us" refers to ak70 and its affiliated entities responsible for operating the platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal player account created upon successful registration on the ak70 platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held in a Player's account, excluding any bonus amounts that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or matched-deposit bonuses credited to a Player's account as part of a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Taka" / "৳" / "BDT" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, in which all transactions on the ak70 platform are denominated.
• "BST" refers to Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all time references on the ak70 platform.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The ak70 platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you meet this age requirement. ak70 reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all funds returned to the payment method used for deposit, minus any winnings generated from gameplay.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the ak70 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, or using different payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances. If you believe you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, you must contact the ak70 support team immediately via live chat.

2.3 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. ak70 may, at any time, request documentary evidence to verify the information provided. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested may result in your account being suspended pending resolution.

2.4 Geographic Eligibility

The ak70 platform is designed for players based in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the ak70 platform is permitted under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. ak70 makes no representation that its services are legal in all locations. Access to the platform does not constitute an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where online gaming is not permitted.

3. Account Management

3.1 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ak70 will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity occurring on your account while you are logged in is deemed to have been authorised by you.

3.2 Account Security

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify ak70 immediately via live chat support. ak70 will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend the account pending the outcome of that investigation. You acknowledge that ak70 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurred prior to notification.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your ak70 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus Funds that have not yet met the applicable Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. ak70 may also close accounts at its sole discretion where a breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ak70 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka. ak70 does not apply any transaction fee or currency conversion charge on deposits made via these approved methods.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on ak70 is ৳200. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and may be updated from time to time. Players are advised to check the Cashier section of the platform for current limits applicable to their preferred payment method. Deposits are typically credited to your ak70 Balance within 60 seconds of payment confirmation.

4.3 Deposit Restrictions

All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. ak70 does not accept deposits from third parties, including family members, friends, or any other individual. Deposits made from payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder may be held pending verification or returned to the source.

4.4 Failed Deposits

In the event that a deposit transaction fails to credit to your ak70 Balance, you should first allow up to 30 minutes before contacting support. If the issue persists, contact the ak70 support team via live chat with your transaction reference number. ak70 will investigate and resolve verified deposit failures within 24 hours BST.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that was previously used to make a deposit into the same ak70 account. You must have completed any applicable identity verification before a withdrawal request will be processed. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

5.2 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed within 5 minutes of approval. Withdrawals via bank transfer to Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank are typically completed within 2 hours during standard Bangladesh banking hours (9:00 AM — 5:00 PM BST, Sunday to Thursday). Requests submitted outside banking hours will be processed on the next available banking day.

5.3 Withdrawal Verification

ak70 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting copies of a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, or evidence of the payment method used for deposit. These checks are conducted for the purpose of fraud prevention and player protection and will be completed as promptly as possible.

5.4 Bonus-Affected Withdrawals

Where Bonus Funds are present in your account alongside real-money Balance, any active Wagering Requirement must be met in full before the Bonus Funds component of your Balance becomes withdrawable. Real-money Balance that was deposited and not used to claim a bonus is generally withdrawable at any time, subject to the verification requirements set out in clause 5.3 above.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

ak70 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is presented. Where a general bonus term and a specific promotional term conflict, the specific promotional term takes precedence. ak70 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotional terms. The Wagering Requirement specifies how many times the Bonus Funds (and in some cases, the matching deposit) must be wagered before any withdrawal can be made. Wagering Requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the applicable promotional terms, failing which the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit bonuses or promotional offers through irregular or systematic play patterns, including but not limited to low-variance betting strategies designed to meet Wagering Requirements without genuine risk, coordinated play with other accounts, or use of automated tools, constitutes bonus abuse. ak70 reserves the right to withhold or forfeit Bonus Funds and associated winnings where bonus abuse is detected.

6.4 Welcome Bonus

New players may be eligible for a welcome bonus upon making their first qualifying deposit. The specific bonus amount, minimum deposit threshold, eligible games, and Wagering Requirement applicable to the welcome bonus are detailed on the ak70 promotions page and are subject to change. Players must opt in to the welcome bonus before or during their first deposit for it to be credited; retrospective opt-in requests cannot be accommodated.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Placing Bets

Bets placed on the ak70 platform are final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed once confirmed. It is the Player's responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming a wager. Bets placed in error due to Player mistake cannot be voided after confirmation.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming products on the ak70 platform. These limits vary by game, market, and Player account tier. ak70 reserves the right to apply individual account stake limits at its discretion, including where a Player is identified as a professional or advantage player.

7.3 Void Bets

ak70 reserves the right to void bets where: (a) a technical or human error has resulted in an incorrect price being offered; (b) an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned; (c) the result of an event is subsequently overturned by the relevant governing body; or (d) evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation is established. Void bets will be settled by returning the original stake to the Player's Balance.

7.4 Cricket and Sports Betting

Cricket betting on the ak70 platform covers BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC international tournaments, and all Bangladesh Tigers fixtures. Specific rules governing individual cricket markets — including rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method application, and match abandonment — are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

8.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ak70 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access or interact with the platform;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform, any other player's account, or ak70's internal systems;
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical malfunctions in any game or platform component;
• Engaging in collusion, chip-dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using the ak70 platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Providing false information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

8.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or betting market, ak70 reserves the right to void affected rounds or bets and return stakes to Players. ak70 is not liable for any losses arising from technical interruptions, network outages, or platform maintenance periods, provided that reasonable notice of scheduled maintenance is given where practicable.

9. Responsible Gaming

ak70 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings;
• Session Reminders: Receive an alert after a set period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months, which cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the ak70 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and data compilations — is the property of ak70 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the ak70 platform, including any game content, promotional material, or software, without the express written permission of ak70.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ak70 and its affiliated entities, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ak70 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical malfunctions or interruptions to the platform;
• Loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account prior to your notification of ak70;
• Loss of anticipated winnings where a bet has been legitimately voided in accordance with clause 7.3;
• Any indirect financial loss resulting from delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

13. Amendments to Terms

ak70 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, ak70 will endeavour to notify registered Players via the contact method on file (typically email or an in-platform notification) at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the ak70 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at /terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated each time a material change is made.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the ak70 platform. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction.

ak70 operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair dealing with all Players. In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact the ak70 support team in the first instance, as the majority of issues can be resolved promptly through direct communication without the need for formal proceedings.
